Dr.-Ing. Kristin Hecht is Rookie of the Year 2016

The winner of the “Wiseman Group Rookie of the Year Award” for 2016 is Kristin Hecht, a habilitation candidate at the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering of the Otto von Guericke University.

The prize is awarded to beginners, who give surprising impulses through their inexperience.

For almost a year now, Dr. Hecht has been commissioned with the introduction of the new master's degree program in Process Safety and Environmental Engineering at the Faculty of Process Engineering and Systems Engineering as well as the establishment of a research group dealing with functionalized surfaces and their influence on chemical processes.
