New Degree Program Mathematical Engineering

Starting with the winter semester 2015/2016 there will be a new interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree program in Mathematical Engineering, which will be carried out in collaboration by the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering.

The bachelor’s degree program in Mathematical Engineering is interdisciplinary and research oriented. Students acquire equally profound knowledge both in an engineering sciences and in mathematics.

Graduates are engineers as well as mathematicians.
