Smelling the Fresh Country Air: School Student Internship Easter 2016
During the week leading up to Easter, 23 pupils from all over Saxonia-Anhalt and Lower Saxony once again took the first steps towards deciding on a scientific-technical course of study by spending their time in the MPI Magdeburg and the FVST’s laboratories with young scientists for the Process Engineering and Technical Cybernetics Student Internship.
The FVST Makes MINT Mighty Tasty!
The Magdeburg MINT Fair on 29 and 30 April 2016 in the Exhibition Halls aims to awaken pupil’s appetite for MINT programs. FVST cotton candy probably makes this task even easier.
Third FVST Ladies’ Night for Women in MINT, “Individually Designed Careers”
A career is individual and flexible, and does not follow a fixed scheme! The three speakers, Prof. Dr. Dana Zöllner, Dr.-Ing. Tanja Vidakovic-Koch, and Julia Krahl’s resumés and greatly different career paths demonstrate this very clearly. They also show that their careers may indeed differ from those of their male colleagues.
