New Winds at Magdeburg Universities

On 28 April 2016, young girls and boys were presented the opportunity to gain insight into everyday engineering at the rain the wind tunnel of the FVST’s Laboratory of Fluid Dynamics and Technical Flows (LSS) during this year's Girls 'and Boys' Day.
On the basis of the laws of nature for the flow resistance, about 30 school students, together with Mr. Nils Lichtenberg, M. Eng., theoretically optimized the shape of a car step by step, and then demonstrated this new knowledge at the wind tunnel by exploring various "fluid dynamic vulnerabilities".
