OVGU - Auf 'ne Mate - Safety and security

The native Hanoverian Tim Rieß already completed his bachelor's degree in safety and hazard prevention at the University of Magdeburg. Now Tim is also studying the Master of the same name at the Otto-von-Guericke University. In his spare time, the Magdeburg Volunteer Fire Brigade plays a major role, where he not only meets many of his fellow students but also makes his first professional contacts.

University invites you to study information day

The University of Magdeburg is inviting school pupils and interested parents to its Study Information Day on May 24, 2025. Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., over 100 study programs and more than 40 student initiatives will be presented on the campus at Universitätsplatz and the medical campus.
