On 27 Oktober 2016, the first welcoming event for international students participating in the degree programs in Chemical and Energy Engineering (CEE) and Process Safety and Environmental Engineering (PSEE) took place.

This year’s welcoming event for first-year FVST students took place on 05 October 2016. Over 70 students accepted our faculty’s invitation.

Young visitors in old facilities: Within the framework of this year's Autumn Uni, seven 12th grade pupils used the opportunity to explore the experimental facilities of the Institute of Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.

We warmly invite all of those interested to a mid-semester gathering. The Engineering Stammtisch will take place on Wednesday, 30 November 2016 starting at 06:30 PM at Moonlight in Magdeburg, Ernst-Lehmann-Straße 16.

The Faculty Council voted in a new Office of the Dean during its meeting on 30.08.2016. Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dominique Thévenin is the new Dean of the Faculty for Process and Systems Engineering as of 01 October 2016.
